Welcome to Poisonous Monkeys! This
is a fan site dedicated to all the rubbish that me (Mordin) and
my friend (Wolfbane) have as hobbies. Why the funky names? We are
using our online personna's beacuse we don't want to be known as
complete geeks in real life!
Looking around at the work and effort we put into writing, collecting
and painting these wargames, roleplay games and models over the
decades, we thought we would make a lasting record and share it
with the world, perhaps gain some geeky glory, show off a bit, before
packing it all away into the depths of some giant warehouse (probably
right next to the ark of the covenant). Or maybe just sell it all
on ebay!
Upon these pages
you will find a multitude of written madness, some of which will
make sense and some which won't! In other words, this site is a
little crazy, but its here for fun. Enjoy...
The things we
are mostly collecting at the moment are Urban Chaos miniatures and
buildings. Urban Chaos is the name we came up with for a House Rules
skirmish game based on Necromunda, Inquisitor, Combat Zone and WFRP.
It mostly involves fictional characters from Films and TV. Battles
can be quite humouress!
Mordin has gone
back to collecting bits of Orcs and Goblins, Hobgoblins, Dwarves,
and Bretonians. He still has'nt finished these armies. He is inspired
to collect a Mongol or Hobgoblin army and looks forward to some
heavy converting.
Wolfbane is
collecting Urban Chaos miniatures. Is thinking of selling his armies,
except for his Wood Elves and Dark Elves. Its all about the Elves....
